Zaubertrank (Magic Potion)
This Cider is the one we sell the most! It is a classic dry cider made out of 100 % apples from an orchard in Markteinersheim. There were no pesticides used. Nothing added in the cider. The first fermentation starts from juice in the big tank. The second fermentation in the bottle is introduced with apple juice from our garden in Marktsteft. The cider is unfiltrated and is best enjoyed chilled!

Dracula
This sparkling fruit wine is red as blood! A blend of skin fermented fruits (apples, peaches, blackberries, raspberries) is mixed with juice from cherry and black currant. The second fermentation in the bottle is introduced with apple juice from our garden in Marktsteft. There were no pesticides used. Nothing added. The drink is unfiltrated and is best enjoyed chilled!

Lady Pear
This sparkling fruit wine is made from 50% Pears and 50% Apples. The fruits were pressed together and fermented from juice without adding yeast. Captain Vermouth
This white wine from our Silvaner and Mueller Thurgau grapes was flavoured with dandelion flowers, mint, rosemary, elderflower, mugwort and wormwood from our garden. The high percentage of alcohol comes from an addition of cognac and rum.
