After studying energy and environmental systems engineering and having a traditional office job, I decided to train as a winemaker in order to spend more time in nature. 8 months in a partly self-sufficient eco-village in Sweden had a big impact on me. There I came in contact with permaculture for the first time. I later trained as a permaculture designer in Portugal and deepened my knowledge by woofing in Spain and Germany. Of course, I still grow my own vegetables today.

A big thank you at this point to the Bavarian State Institute for Viticulture and Horticulture, to the Von der Tann winery in Iphofen, the 2Naturkinder winery in Kitzingen, and the Suderbyn eco-village in Sweden.
Many thanks to my family and friends who support me with my dream and help harvesting and bottling.
Thank you to the fruit trees, the bees, bumblebees and butterflies, the plants and mushrooms, the sun, the rain and Mother Nature!
„I wish for a kind of agriculture without pesticides and mineral fertilizers and that works hand in hand with Mother Nature”
